1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 1hour of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return under our Return Policy.

  • Cancellation Due to Unavailability: If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only issued for orders that meet our return and cancellation guidelines.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 4-5 business days after the request is approved.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase or you will be provided.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized jewelry, and final sale items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Return Policy

  • If you are Receiving any damage or defective products please contact us within 24-48hrs.

  • So we will Re- deliver the Replacement product within 3-4 business days to request a replacement or refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We have 5 days Return policy.
